MTB-O Camp was originally an idea of going away for a couple of days to do some intensive MTB-O training. At first we were few, but as the word spread - more and more signed up. Suddenly people wanted to come from all over Europe to participate.

MTB-O Camp 2006 Bornholm had 65 participants. All maps were regular orienteering maps, courses made just a week before the camp and the island showed us why its called "Solskinsøen" - (the island of sunshine).

MTB-O Camp 2007 Jammerbugten had 120 participants. All maps had been redrawn according to the IOF MTB-O standards. Once again the weather were perfect and the food and facilities of Feriecenter Slettestrand could not have been better. The Høker was legendary this year - several riders struggled through 150km of windy terrain. The night sprint was introduced with success.
